Barrett Steel prides itself on our links with our local communities. We do this in several ways from sponsoring grass root teams, to our Charity of the Year – Mind UK, and sponsoring local professional sports teams and rising stars. Our employees also fully support their local communities through charity runs, bike rides and raising money for organisations and charities close to their hearts. Like every business our employees come from all walks of life and many communities, therefore they have varied hobbies and passions. We hope as an organisation that we support their endeavours to benefit our local communities.

A recent letter sent to one of our colleagues reminded us of the good work our depots and employees do for their local communities.

We’d like to express our deepest thanks for the donations from Barrett Steel that did so much to bolster our fundraising efforts at our dinner this year.

Through your generosity a further £1100 was added to our total.

It’s great news that Shearer Memorabilia has gone to a good home and that there are a couple of Perth lads excited about meeting up with you for the Newcastle United, West Ham match.
