Barrett Steel Ltd has risen up the league table from 81st to 59th
The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales and Barrett Steel Ltd has this year risen higher in the table from 81st to 59th on the highly regarded list, our highest position to date.

This is the 11th time Barrett Steel has appeared in the league table, only seven companies have appeared in it more.

James Barrett commented, ‘This recognition is hugely gratifying and displays the dedication and hard work that everyone in the Barrett Group continues to put in year on year.’

Here at Barrett Steel we have continued to invest over the past few years with new sites in Scotland, Ireland and our latest Investment Barrett Steel Shoreham.

Our Headquarters are based in Bradford Yorkshire which is why we were elated to see so many other Northern based companies flourish this year and provide the largest contribution to fast growing Private companies than anywhere else outside of London.

As Steel Stockholders we are pleased to be listed alongside, Steel Manufactures, Processers and End Users all being recognised in Sunday’s Grant Thornton Top Track 250 League Table as we feel this is great news for the wider steel community and our industry within the UK.

We would like to thank our employees for their dedication and hard work, as well as our suppliers and our customers for their contiuned support.
