On September 11th, Barrett Steel completed the acquisition of D&J Steel.
D&J Steel will operate under the umbrella of our Barrett Engineering Steel Midlands depot. The acquisition will strengthen our Midlands network, allowing us to provide even greater service to our customers, as well as offering more scope for improved processing times and increased stock levels.
We welcome all the team at D&J to Barrett Steel and we look forward to building a stronger relationship with our current and future customers.
These are exciting times at Barrett Steel, with this acquisition strengthening our Engineering Steels Division, in addition to our new Dock site at Shoreham which will increase our General Steels presence into the South of England.
