Not only are there new bikes to get the ultimate speed out of this season but Brendan Mallinder also joins the ranks this year.

Over 100 people attended the launch night including Barrett Steel Staff and special attendance from Mark Iveson and Gemma Gibbs of Crimestoppers who are also supporting the Barrett Team this season.

Testing has been hampered due to the adverse weather conditions but the team is ready to roll as we get ever closer to their first outing of the season next weekend.

2018 means a step up for both Liam and Brendan as they head up the Thundersport rankings towards their British Superbike goal.

As always Barrett Steel Staff, suppliers and customers will be cheering on the team every step of the way.

First up for the intrepid duo is Donington Park 24th/25th March where the team hope to gain some points and silverware to start the season with success.
