Our dedicated profiling centre in Rotherham supports the entire Barrett Steel Group and is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including our latest 10KW ByStar Fibre laser—enhancing our ability to provide high-precision profiling solutions.

Comprehensive Processing Capabilities:

• Laser Cutting – Up to 4000mm x 2500mm on Mild & Stainless Steel and Aluminium (1mm to 25mm thick)
• High-Definition Plasma Cutting – Up to 50mm thickness
• Flame Cutting – On plates up to 180mm thick
• Drilling & Tapping – Drilling depth up to 130mm, max Ø40mm, plate size up to 6000mm x 3000mm
• Shotblasting – For surface preparation and finishing
