Our “Central Processing Hub” in Scunthorpe now includes 3x HGG RPC 1200 Plasma Coping Robots - enabling coping, drilling, notching, marking, slotting, haunch splitting, compound bevels and access/service-hole creation, all from CAD/NC1/STEP file instructions, delivering end-to-end digital workflow from model to machine, removing drawing interpretation errors.
Our comprehensive 2D and 3D laser-profiling / processing centres of excellence can handle general steel sections, hollow sections, plate profiles, angles, tube and section laser cutting.

Surface treatment, including SA2.5 shot-blasting and priming, is part of our processing services, offering cleaned, prepped, and primed steel ready for fabrication or assembly.
Our advanced processing produces complex geometries directly from CAD, offering benefits which include:
