SAFETY conscious youngster Thomas Nicholls won himself a Nintendo DS with his design for a poster aimed at keeping his dad out of harms way at work.
C Roberts Steel, which is based on the Eastwood Trading Estate in Rotherham, held a competition for anyone with a relative working at the company to design a safety poster.
Thomas’s winning design will now be used around the firm’s site to promote health and safety.
Tom Barrett, branch director, said: "The safety of everyone at C.Roberts is our first priority and is always top of every agenda.
We have a great health and safety record, mainly because everyone plays their part. This poster will act as a reminder to all of us to keep safety in mind at all times".
Thomas was presented with his prize by the two operations managers on site, Dean Dainty and Chris Wilkes.
