Our state-of-the-art laser technology saves time and money as there are no tooling costs, and we pass these financial savings on to you. Recent acquisitions include a £750,000 tube laser machine and a £200,000 precision plasma profiling machine. In addition, our range of leading-edge equipment includes:
- two saw and drill lines;
- profiling plants;
- punching and shearing systems;
- five laser cutting machines;
- six shot blasting and priming plants; and
- 125 saws – with the capability to saw up to 800mm diameter
- Lifting equipment capable of lifting up to18 tonne pieces
Sophisticated modelling software
Our advance 3D modelling software means we can import customers’ own drawings to use in the production process, including highly complex shapes and designs. This ensures accuracy as well as cost and time savings. In addition, our sophisticated software can be used to inexpensively trial various alternative designs before going into production with the optimum solution.

We operate our own fleet of vehicles for on-time delivery at a date and time to suit your production schedules. Parts are carefully packed to your required specifications.
