TESTING

We always use an independent fully approved testing house approved by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17025:2005. This provides you with complete peace of mind backed by a full, independently produced, certification pack and test report.

We are happy to arrange a third party test witness if required.

NDE

We carry out ultrasonic testing using independent facilities operated by skilled and experienced staff who are qualified to SNT and PCN level II standards.

Calibrated Brinell hardness testing is also available at specialist facilities.
 
All material is visually and dimensionally inspected to exacting in-house standards and procedures and to meet customer requirements both during production and at point of despatch.

PMI

If required, material can be positively identified before delivery and supplied with an independent test report.
