Our wide range of Nickel Alloy products includes forgings, bar, and near net shapes suitable for a wide range of demanding applications in diverse industries worldwide including oil and gas, nuclear, power generation and automotive.

Using our in-house multi-million pound facilities, our highly trained experts can also provide technically advanced, value-added services from laser, plasma and water jet precision cutting, through to specialist processing using CNC lathes and milling machines. We specialise in providing bespoke products and materials to meet exact specifications.

Nickel Alloy

Precipitation hardened grades 718/725/925
These offer high strength and good corrosion resistance typically in sour gas well applications.
Solid solution strengthened grades 625 and 825
Grade 625 provides excellent resistance to chloride ion induced stress-corrosion cracking and is suitable for use in severe environments.
Alloy 825 is lower strength but still provides a high level of resistance to chloride-ion induced SCC.

Low Alloy steel grades 4130, 4140, 4145 and 1/4 Cr – 1Mo F22 type
These are strengthened by the addition of chromium and molybdenum, providing increased toughness and hardening capability.

We supply austenitic, martensitic, duplex and precipitation hardening grades, providing improved corrosion resistance over the low alloy steel grades and greater strength depending on the grade of stainless steel.

Austenitic grades
Tough, and with good corrosion resistance, these are commonly used for marine applications.

410 and F6NM 13%Cr martensitic types

Martensitic stainless steel grades are stronger than austenitic grades and provide good corrosion resistance.

Precipitation hardening grade 17/4PH
This provides higher strength and better corrosion resistance than the standard hardenable martensitic stainless grades.

Duplex and Super Duplex grades
These ferritic-austenitic stainless steels have excellent corrosion resistance, increased resistance to chloride attack and good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. In addition, they have higher mechanical properties than conventional austenitic or ferritic grades of stainless steel.
